Dr. David Hall
President
Dr. David Hall has won teaching and humanitarian awards at the national, state, and local level. His clients include not only schools but also Fortune 500 companies such as JP MorganChase, Merck, KPMG, and The Hershey Company. A former board member of the Pennsylvania Council for the Social Studies, Dr. Hall has worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Education as a Master Teacher at the Governor's Institute for Social Studies teachers. Dr. Hall's classes have been featured on National Public Radio's Morning Edition and in Jane Eisner's Taking Back the Vote: Getting American Youth Involved in our Democracy. He has traveled to almost 40 countries and territories around the world.
Eli R. Green
Grant Director
Eli R. Green is an educational consultant who works extensively with non-profit groups dedicated to increasing access to and improving educational opportunities for youth. Eli has helped to secure and managed a variety of non-profit and educational institutions. Eli is currently a doctoral candidate of Education at Widener University.
Annie Hall
Freedom Institute Coordinator
Annie Hall coordinates Thinking Citizen Scholars Freedom Institutes for the Teaching American History grants. She works on building partnerships with academia, master teachers, historical performers, and history-related non-profit organizations and museums. These partnerships maximize the competitive nature of our grant applications and provide meaningful school and community partnerships to strengthen social studies education.
